"I was very fortunate to be introduced to Chris at a time when I was planning significant alterations to a house in Lincoln. I had only been in Lincoln for two months, and did not know anyone, let alone the good and bad tradespeople.

Chris took on the planning and execution of all aspects of a bedroom to bathroom conversion, and a concurrent family bathroom to en-suite conversion. This involved builders, joiners and electricians, as well as Chris' core plumbing and gas engineering skills. I subsequently engaged him on two other pieces of work.

Chris delivered the contracted work on time (despite some atrocious weather in Lincoln at the end of 2010) and to budget. His standards are extremely high, and he holds sub-contractors to those same standards. I continue to use some of the sub-contractors that he brought on to the project, such as joiners and decorators.

He basically project managed the bathroom conversions, and made some quite tricky plumbing issues seem straight forward on the two other pieces of work for which he was engaged. I am very happy to endorse him, and would have no hesitation in engaging him again myself."
